UK2000 Approach lights

Post by Jetset »

For the owners of the UK2000 airfields, when approaching the runway, do your approach lights pop up one by one, or can you see them from rather a distance? I have noticed that mine just appear one at a time as you get closer. Is there anyway of fixing this?

Hiya Jetty..

Could be how you have your scenery setup  Many of the airfields I fly into don't have approach lights as such so it's not something I tend to look for. I DO know that the approach lighting for Glasgow Extreme is extreme.. more a massive blur until you get closer when they turn into lights

Hi Jetty

I've never noticed anything odd so as far as I know they work OK

I know of several guys with UK2000 and they have never said anything and I don't recall reading of it either.

SO I would guess this one's down to you :dunno:

Don't forget that despite what you might read on the box, UK2000
scenery is not proper FS2004 scenery. The lighting is not driven from
the A&F data but is part of the scenery itself. It is possible that you
may not be able to adjust any settings to change their effectiveness.
