Peter did say yesterday (but 24hrs is a long time) how many times he flew ZK and it was a lot.. definately in excess of 100 which, is a lot whichever way you do the maths

Hi James,
The shop does sell the little 1:400 scale Gemini models which includes the Trident but not 'ZK' as that is a collectors model restricted to 600 units. Go there armed with £25 in cash and Neil will be pleased to sell you a Gemini 'ZK' on the aircraft itself though  He didn't have any certificates onboard on Monday but will forward one to your home address when he does

It was very nice to meet you DaveB after all this time and quite disorientating to find that DaveM looks nothing like Lord Lucan
Toby, I've replied by email but I would like to thank you again for that great picture of me in the seat. DaveB I look forward to receiving some from you...I won't post any of my pics here as yours are all superior...In fact I'm just going to copy all yours into my "Zulu Kilo" folder.
Thanks again for a great day chaps...Sorry to miss Jonesey

rigth ....Jetset wrote:, and as if Peter was about to ask where his loadsheet was.
the only Loadofsheet peter got was when them
blokes pulled him from the flight deck.
:doho:
BTW Peter , you know Toby mentioned the same thing about Dm and that he didn;t look like the pic in the forum
Well I wouldnn;t have thought so anyways....
I mean he's quite a bit older now .....

Bet most of the younger ones don't know of Lord Lucan. (like most of the older ones probably don't know Butthead)
Some good advice... If you ever see anyone who does look like my avatar (but a lot older now), take a picture & phone the newspapers. They may give you a lot of money for it.

Airboatr,
I was saying to DaveM...The trouble with these Avatars is that after a while you get to imagine the bloke you are posting to really looks like that. I've been imagining him to look like that for so long now that when Dave was standing next to me I didn't know who he was till introduced.
Naturally, I don't really apply it to your whirling cogs but the chances of me finding myself standing next to them are about the same as standing next to Lord Lucan
I think I might just make a new Avatar for myself from one of these excellent shots that the guys have produced
