I'm going to look at throttle movement to make sure no thrust, actually is, NO thrust. Think that may be prob. Will also look in aircraft.cfg to see what the minimum throttle position is set at. Might be a combo of the two.

We had an array of Dart powered skys in NZ, F27-100's and 500's, Hs748's and Andovers in the RNZAF.
Certainly the Friendships/748's never had reverse, though with the Ground Fine they were easily able to operate into New Zealand's standard regional town feild length of 1280 metres!
As for the Andovers I saw one land and stop before the thousand foot markers at my home airport, reverse to the threshold and get airborne in before the same markers! Very impressive
