Seems ridiculous over a few toilet rolls.

The message is almost if you're going to steal something make it high value because the punishment will be about the same.

She'd stand a better chance of getting away with it if she'd stolen the toilets as they would have had nothing to go on :roll:

well I don;t think she should go to jail , house arrest public work program and fines would better serve the comunity
and the cost savings to pay for her housing in jail

besides the paper would have been used on some other Butt anyways
