I'll see what I can find, we are after the B-29A, right? According to the article Ed provided, that seems to be the type. Lovely repaint by the way...looks like I may not need to venture very deep into Washington watersPaul K wrote:Steve, if you can find a decent freeware B-29, let me know. There's a B-29B model out there, so it wouldn't be authentic as a Washington; and besides, its badly flawed. My dad flew in Washingtons and I've been hoping for one for ages.

You are sadly right, Paul, I can't find one anywhere, just the 'B' variant. I come across the Washington repaint that Andy mentions, but of course I don't have the WoP model. Oh well, I'll shelve that idea for a while.

More's the pity Steve; based on what I've seen of your work, it would have been terrific. :sad:nazca_steve wrote:You are sadly right, Paul, I can't find one anywhere, just the 'B' variant. By the way...DaveB...I was right about the different metal reflectivity on the Peacemaker. It is indeed because some areas were aluminium skinned, and others magnesium alloy.
