Not aviation related but more of one getting close to nature, took this last year (as with the Avatar) in some woods.
It took some time for this little fellow to pluck up the courage to take from the hand but with patience....comes the rewards!!
I tried one experiment as squirrels are quite habitual, I gave this chap two nuts but on the next occassion I gave him just one keeping hold of the second, the result was that after I took this photo he raised himself on his hind legs and gave my hand a nudge with his nose for it!!
