Old Publications-Anyone Interested?

Post by Tomliner »

Hi Folks. As we are hopefully moving house shortly,we have been trawling through everything to see what to take or dispose of.Found a number (about 10)of old mags and books dated around 1962-1969.There are Profile Publications for the Viscount 700 and DC3(pre 1942),a couple of Air Pictorials which contain features on the Shackleton and Royal NZ Air Force,a couple of Flight Internationals featuring a commercial aircraft survey and the first 50 years of the RAF,a brilliant little booklet printed in 1962 called the New Complete Guide to London Airport, the RAF Golden Jubilee Souvenir book, and a couple of airliner books-Airliners of the World by Hippo Books and Civil Airliners since 1946 by Kenneth Munson. As storage space will be limited when we move these will have to go but it seems a shame to just throw them. They are a mix of b/w and colour publications and although their conditions vary, they are all complete and readable.I just wondered if anyone would like them.It would be easier for me to send as one lot.I am not looking for payment for these .We are going to be busy for a while but if anyone wants to PM me I will try to sort out getting them to someone.I have spoken to Ben to check that it is ok to post this message here.ATB EricT.
