X-Plane

Post by clavel9 »

Hi everyone

I hope I'm not invading alien territory here, but I'm developing some aircraft for the X-Plane flight simulator. As my primary platform is Mac I don't use MSFS much but like to dip in from time to time. As my primary area of interest is classic British airliners is there any problem if I post queries here from time to time? They will be technical queries regarding specific aircraft. I've followed some of the threads here and find the level of knowledge here far superior to anything on the X-Plane forums.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Brendan.

Hi Brendan :)

I don't see any immediate problem with that. We as a forum pride ourselves on the depth of knowledge that can be drawn on and I feel sure that any 'specific' would be answered sincerely, accurately and in good time ;-)

Hi Dave

Many thanks for your swift reply. I look forward to contributing. My particular areas of interest are the Trident, BAC 1-11, VC10 as well as 'props like the Viscount and Herald and some non-British aircraft like the Boeing 720 and 727. I have quite comprehensive manuals for some of these aircraft, but there are always unanswered problems!

Thanks again,
Brendan.
