DSB UK Fighters pack

Post by AndyG »

Hi, I hope somebody can help me!

I've recently downloaded the Thunder City repaints for the old, now freeware(ish) DSB Buccaneer, and went to pull out my backup DVD to reinstall it to my main FS9 setup - and I can find every other one of my backups, but not the one with my military downloads!!! :o :-( Luckily I had already installed it, some time back, on my Retro FS9, so was able to copy it across. :yipeee:

Now I can easily redownload everything else, thanks to the trusty Simmarket "€3.99 get your downloads again" facility, and the fact that most of my old DSB purchases are now available as freeware on the Iris site . But for the sake of completeness I would like to be able to get a backup of the UK Fighters pack, can anybody point me in the right direction? :prayer:

Thanks,

Andy

TBH i would love to see the fighters pack or just the Bucc released fully as freeware as the AS Bucc is freeware and it would be a huge benifit for the Bucc lovers out there!!! I think ill pass on my thoughts to HRH DB and see what he says to it...

Techy, the problem was when AS had their phantom pack in process of being released. It was a decesion not to release to the open world via websites etc but to P2P and IM only. Ive posted about this to DB to see if its poss to fully release to general release...
