Hi Dave,

Photos are like rocking horse doodahs and would prob all be B & W as well. If you find any or already have some and know what colours are used I'd be more than happy to oblige. Back on track with the Florida Airways...... err hang on 'aint this a Starways thread? ....................never mind..............anyways...............as it seemed to be for a very worthy cause I thought I'd have a quick decko and see how she looked. Came back to the thread and see Allan may be off to B & Q to get some paintbrushes to do the job himself  . Anyway, I've sent Allan a PM with a few screenies and it can sit in the hangar until/or if he wants it after he's at least made a few attempts of his own ;-) .

John

I do have a mono pic of a RAS Dak and a description of the colours and logos....sufficient for a paint ....just.

If you are interested I can make a pack up with colour samples etc.

Thanks for the encouragement guys.

The journey to the Star...ways starts with a single pixel, glasshopper, as Master Po would have said. That shows my age, but at least I'm none too gradually getting the hairstyle.

Looks like a few gallons of pure pixellate gloss are on the shopping list.

Hmm, SWMBO wants a ladder to get me to the top of the forest closing in on the ancestral pile for some low-tech hacking, so may sneak the paint on the back of the order. Well you can't hack trees once it turns dark. What torch?

I'll see if I can find some obscure British operators to splash round in parallel, just to keep the CB element up to an acceptable level! Although Florida is practically British in the summer months, isn't it?

Oh yes, apologies for diverting the conversation away from John's superb Starways paints. Definitely worth 5 stars, not 3. :)
