HP-42: Flying in Style

Post by FlyTexas »

A lovely day for a flight in the HP-42.
Image

A nice view from the "front office" but it's time to step back into the cabin.

Where'd everyone go? :dunno:

Oh well, I think this seat's available. ;-)

Did you make those seat covers yourself Brian

Very nicely done. Thought I'd not noticed that view before ;-) I take it this file will be made available to the masses??

Those seat covers remind me of my Grandmother's couch. :$ ;-) Yes Dave, I'd be happy to share this with everyone. :) Regarding the permissions issue, I don't think I'll need permission from the original creator of the 'Micro Flight' HP-42 being that I'm only using screenshots of his work, although he'll definitely be credited in the readme. Is Saverio Maurri still around? I'd want his permission before uploading the files because I'm using the 'panel.cfg' from his original panel.

Hi Brian,

Unfortunately, Sav isn't around any more though we act here as guardian of his work until such time he returns. Consider his approval given ;-)

She's ready, Dave. The views, panel.cfg, and readme are packaged and ready to go. Any particular place you think the file should be posted?

Ah.. but if you believe the TV ad's, there are more germs on your kitchen surfaces than on your toilet :o Still doesn't convince me to eat off a loo seat though

Brian.. upload it wherever you see fit mate. I can make it available here if you like.. ClassicBritishFiles will be a good place and if you're feeling wild.. there's always the big boys ;-)

Hi Guy's,

Brian has very kindly passed the HP42 views on and for those who wish to experience a little of the 'Old Day's' for themselves, you can download the file HERE

Great work Brian and thanks VM ;-)
