It's like the old BEA Silver Wing service on the Elizabethan. Very few pax.. loads of cabin crew and the pilots often just dossed around rather than have to hurry the passengers into finishing their food!
The stewards were rushed though...only just managing to serve coffee on approach, after a seven-course lunch on a flight from Croydon to Cologne :o On the Empire flights passengers were invited to the Captain's table, and passengers would book to fly with specific Captains....
Those were the days.

...and check out the bar/galley (complete with glasses) on the 'Micro Flight' HP-42. Can you imagine sitting back in your comfortable chair sipping a martini served by the stewards from this bar? Nice!
