The game is titled 'Trabi Racer' (supposedly named after a Polish car of some sort) and is completely free but you must download and install it before Thursday, Nov 8, 2:00am CST (GMT -6:00)...that's when the free license expires. It's a 132mb download. 
I'm downloading my copy now. ;-) 
Yeah Garry they do look like something that the big wigs at the Kremlin would drive around town in. Just took a quick drive in the "Trabi' and it's not a half bad game. The game even accepted my Logitech 'Dual Action' controller without any problems. 
This game is your typical "Race well to unlock a track or unlock a better car" type of game...nothing exceptional. Really nice graphics and the cars handle pretty well. Once a race is over all of the cars just stop on the racetrack. This makes for great fun if you're running in dead last, like me. SMASH!! Here's a pic I took from the dash cam view.
