Hi all my last repiant request for 07 I was wonder if anyone could do me Echo November , You might be thinking whats EN well I tell you. Air Atlantique has provided one BN-2A-26 Islander (G-BCEN) for fixed-wing maritime surveillance and search-and-rescue duties in the Dover Straits area on a 5-yearly renewable contract. It is equipped with InfraRed and digital photographic equipment and a fourteen-man air-droppable life raft. It was based at Manston, Kent, until mid 2005, but later moved to Lydd but I think it has moved back to Manston again  Could it be done on the Marcel Kuhnt's Islander please and thank you :prayer: :prayer:

Re: Another request from JAB for Echo November
I wouldn't mind having a go at this. I only recently started repainting (three done so far) but a lot of folks over at Sim-Outhouse seem to like my PC-7 repaints (HB-HAO, Swiss Miss and Viper).
I just DL'ed the basic files (and his paint kit too) and will try to get them installed tomorrow (Saturday) as it is already after 2 a.m. here in Canuckleland. I hope it's FSX compatible but if not I still have FS2004 on here (but hardly used). I am assuming it is his 2A model that you want the repaint for?

Re: Another request from JAB for Echo November
This is what I have at the end of day 1.
Unfortunately the texture map is picking up a tiny speck of red on the forward tip of the left side of the fin. I finally tracked it down to an area on the upper right wingtip of all places  . Not much I can do about that as I don't have access to the model.
Next up are the logos/insignia.

Re: Another request from JAB for Echo November
I just finished up the insignia and panel lines and it's looking good. Not tried it in FSX/9 yet as I have been using FSRepaint to view it while working on it. Tomorrow I will test it in both sims and grab some pictures.

Re: Another request from JAB for Echo November
Here are some shots from today in FSX (I will save the FS2004 version once I have the painting done).
I still need to do some work on the panel lines and one or two small bits and pieces.
I also emailed Marcel Kuhnt to ask his permission to upload the finished file as per his request in the paint kit read me.
