Many thanks - I wondered what I was going to try out first on the Lympne scenery. xsmile
Mr Cook makes exceedingly nice aeroplanes.

Well, he seems to have covered off most of the Hawker biplanes now; if he's looking at trainers my fingers are firmly crossed for an Avro Tutor? :prayer: :prayer: :prayer:

A thing of beauty - I have personal erasons for wanting this aeroplane - Thank you Ted. Both versions now available at the Pond.
Umm I wonder if anyone would care to paint it in G-AFTA's final civilain paint colours at Shuttleworth in late 66-67 - It was painted almost a royal blue with gold stripes.
Again thanks Ted

While I don't think it's the blue Tomtit, 'Banana Bob' over at the SOH is currently working on a photo-real repaint of the Shuttleworth Collections Tomtit. His repaints are always stunning so I'm sure this one will be fantastic as well.

My first flight in the Tomtit (RAF version) culminated in a "should have read the documentation" moment. To avoid others having the same sort of OOOOPS:-
(1) The "/" key does NOT deploy any airbrakes or spoilers
(2) Shortly after pressing the "/" key, the BLIND FLYING HOOD deprives you of all outside visual awareness (as they do) :o
(3) LATE FINALS IS NOT THE BEST TIME TO DISCOVER THIS
