Dave, thanks for the help and the repaint offer. I'll have some time off over the holidays so I might get it done, but no promises at this point - I also have an airport project to finish...
Nigel, hold on before you start uninstalling things! Unless you never want to see the Tantris traffic again, that's usually a bad option.
First thing - I am not familiar with the Tantris package - exactly what does it add to FS? AI traffic only? Scenery too? I need to know before deciding what to do next. Also, do you want to use it again? Next, did you add a layer to your Scenery Library when you installed Tantris, what is the layer called (i.e. what folder is it in), and what files are inside the scenery subfolder of that folder?
Second, in your FS/Scenery/World/scenery folder are there any files starting with traffic... and ending in .bgl? This assumes you have "show extensions" turned on in your Windows Explorer Folder Options - if not, they will just start with traffic and have no extension at all but be called a BGL File type. If so, what are they called?
From the answers to these questions I should be able to let you know how to get Tantris and my files to coexist peacefully.
Hope this helps,
