Steve....out of some interest.....Did you see on Ian's link that my old camp at RAF Gatow in Berlin now has a ton of aircraft stored there?

My claim to fame is i helped transport Checkpoint Charlie after the fall of the wall to that very same museum where it still resides today.....

I feel a trip coming up this year...... ;-)

Mate, if I was back in the UK I would definitely book a ticket to Germany with you! Gatow is certainly well worth a trip by the look of it, a great collection and you could amass a decent amount of photos for repainting from it. There's already a wealth of them on the PaullNann site, in particular the Luftwaffe Phantom caught my eye, shabby as she looks.

Well done on being an ex-Gatow man, perhaps you'll get back there in '08.

Well done then, sir! How many kids do you have by the way? We may well have a new wee nipper in the offing, but too early to say for sure yet. Would be nice though ;-)

Speaking of new deliveries...Paul just told me he is aiming to upload the PR.9 and B(I) packs tomorrow night, all going to plan, so keep a weather eye on Simviation! The two packs weigh in around 20MB each, so fairly hefty as you can see. It's going to be a beauty, I can't wait to see the Mk.9 as I have not yet seen that model (I wonder if the SC.9 is in there too - it's like Xmas all over again!).

Calming down now. ;-)

Gentlemen, clear your hard drives and have your starter breech cartridges ready! Let's really hope so, Trev. I've also just spoken to Leif and he is going to manage file uploads to the Pond as soon as Paul releases to SimViation.com, so make sure you hit both places if nodes get busy at the latter. I'm going to get my zip files ready and may start uploading in the next couple of days, even if the models aren't out yet.
