Well, the start of the video has some jet noise that sounds vaguely like the beginning of 'Telstar', but other than that, I don't hear anything that sounds like the rest of 'Telstar'.

Incidentally, The Tornadoes were the first British group to have a #1 hit on this side of the pond. That was in 1962, a couple of years before another British group would take over the entire US. :welldone: :welldone: :dancer:

Hi Nigel,

My wisecrack about 'Telstar by the Tornadoes' was a play on words really as the aircraft in the vid was a Tornado...... :brick:

Thanks for that Bridon. I, of course, was blisfully unaware that the aircraft was a Tornado. I could say I just missed that little detail, but the truth is I was just plain ignorant of the fact! :doho: HELP
