ATC Name Query

Post by Tomliner »

Hi Folks.I've just installed DM's Monarch repaint for the 1-11 500 but noticed that the Airline Call Sign within ATC Name isn't showing Monarch.Instead it shows Midlands.I do have Garry's British Midland repaint which is showing 'MIDLAND' ok.The aircraft cfg file seemsto be ok,but I can't see where 'Midlands' is coming from. It's not that important, more of a puzzle really but just wondered if anyone had any ideas. After all ATC is sh!te in FS anyway. EricT PS I probably should have posted this in Virtual Spanner.Mods please feel free to move it.Ta very much

It should only say what is in the ATC line of the cfg.....forget the actual name of the entry offhand :$

So if it does not say MIDLAND there....it's a mystery :dunno:

Hi Garry.I think I've sorted it now.Monarch did not exist in the airlines.cfg file.I put it in ,selected it in Airline Call Sign and it's ok.There was never a problem with Midland, perhaps I didn't expain it very well.I've learned something new!.Thanks.EricT
