Tonks,
I don't suppose CAE make your sim do they, it looks suspiciously like ours, well the one that isn't older than the Wright brothers.

She does have quite a good collection of them to make even the most well equipped sim-enthusiast jealous!Tonks wrote: As for the models accuracy, well I have flown it on DBs computer and it is pretty good... DB and DM have flown on mine: (... well actually it is Vicky's as she is the manager)....

Re: vc10 pitch
Maybe Tonks might be able to answer this, the VC10s' will one day be withdrawn from service
When that day finally materialises, what will become of the simulator? Would it be sold to the highest bidder or just scrapped?
Would also like to know what happened to the Vulcan simulators, one at Finningley which I had once been in when I took two pilots up their for an assessment (if that's what you like to call it) and had the added pleasure of watching them go through various simulated emergencies. Also the one at Waddington.
Nigel.

I used to be an optimist but with age I am now a grumpy old pessimist.
