Supermarine Attacker Cockpit Photos Wanted.

Post by DPS »

I fancy having a go at a panel for my Gmax Attacker, but I'm not having a lot of luck in my search for decent images of the cockpit. I was wondering if anyone here has any useable pics as I'm a long way (about 400 miles) from Somerset.

I had a go at doing some artwork for the panel but my results weren't too good. I'm probably safer working from a digital image.

Looks like a good read. I really need some nice, big, clear digital images to work from. I find scanning photos from books doesn't really give the results I need - especially as I might be required to do some art - and that's where it all goes wrong for me

DPS, you may already have a copy of the Attacker pilots notes which while not having usable photos it does show the layout

I ordered a copy of the Attacker book from Ian Allan Publishing the other day so hopefully it will be arriving at my door tomorrow.

My panel art work isn't looking too hot, but at least I've got an idea of which gauges I'm going to put where.
