Am getting it sorted now........

.........Just a quickie for Rick, as its your plane, why not remove it from all of the download sites, remarket it as shareware, and give it a "Skysim" Disclaimer...... therefore making it payware, and putting yourself in a nice little legal position

Hi Chris

I asked Nels to remove anything credited to the Nor-Cal Prop group as it's all copyright infringed but he has completely ignored my request.

in fact he never replied even :dunno:

Rick

That's what I asked him to do and he did it and replied that he did. I'm surprised he didn't answer you. I checked the site and the only thing up from them was a Snowbirds repaint and I've sent Nels an e-mail about it. I've also mentioned that he didn't respond to you Rick, so you should get a reply.

I'm thinking about getting Phil Perrott involved as his stuff has more-so been infringed..... at the end of the day Rick & Chris im a one-man band fighting the world here, i reckon we should have a whip-round and get ourselves a bloody good lawyer...

...then blow all the money on payware :worried:

Hi Guys

It's possible that Nels e mails no longer reach me asn BTOpenworld seems to permanently block some e mails by domain.

I was in contact with a guy building a Hawk Cockpit simulator but i cannot get in touch with him any more :dunno:

i have no control over who they block off.

Thanks Guys

Regards
Rick

Rick, BT are notorious for being absolutely pants at every service they attempt to provide (I'll quite happily to live with that and face a grilling for it, but thousands would agree) so I'd get in touch with them mate. Nobody should provide you with a service that is less than what you pay for.

Our household is with Virginmedia (of former NTL notoriety), and although there's no SkyTV, I will quite happily live with Dave TV and a few tins :drinkers:

Awaiting a forum flogging
