It's possible that Nels e mails no longer reach me asn BTOpenworld seems to permanently block some e mails by domain.
I was in contact with a guy building a Hawk Cockpit simulator but i cannot get in touch with him any more
i have no control over who they block off.

Rick, that may be the case. Nels said he never received your e-mail.
Anyway, he's pulled all their files off the server. He is concerned though because Simviation still apparently has most (if not all) of the files from this group on the server as of today and he's not wanting to seem like he's having a "knee-jerk" reaction by pulling these guys' stuff. Granted they only uploaded 5 files to FlightSim.com, he is concerned because they were quite popular in the time they were up and he's not wanting to piss off too many people with taking that action. Maybe someone should contact Simviation and talk to them about not taking all of the files at issue off?
I have spoken to Wreckerman from Nor-Cal and he sounds like he will only upload the fixes rather than the whole model etc.
he seemed like he might keep his word so i am willing to give him a bit more Rope.
I think the fact that it's popular is not really a good reason to let stolen files stay on your portal but hey "who am i" ?

Basically anything containing and CBFSIM files is illegal unless you could download it here first or at least get an in house heads up on here somewhere.
Arrogance and ignorance go hand-in-hand in this day and age. Only time will tell. I'm just suprised my last 3 Bac One Eleven paints have gone un-noticed on here
