I Wasn't being funny when I pointed you to Google ...just there were so many hits on that search you're prob should be in there even if there was a variety of causes.
Funny thing in a blast from the past moment as soon as I read that word it was familiar and I'm sure I had it myself once but I can't think on what.....perhaps the Ambassador
