I thought I'd covered most of the Liat liveries but found a slide of VP-LIU (sn 1592) for sale on ebay. The aircraft was only on lease for 4 months, so it looks like a basic re-title job. Not their most colourful livery but first time I've seen it, the only problem is whatever's on the tail isn't very clear. Short of spending 3 quid + postage and seeing if the actual slide gives the game away, on the offchance I don't suppose anyone's got another picture of the aircraft somewhere in their collection :prayer: ?? I've stuck the Union Flag on the tail for now, but it'd be nice to get it 100%. Now where's my life gone....?

That is very bleached and the blue you have is too light

It appears to just be a white tail with a jack on it

Perhaps a simplified version of this

I'll match the blue to the lighter blue in your Autair c/s in the texturepacks.

That other livery is a variation on the one I just did for VP-LAA, so should be easy to cobble together. Fortunately I just got a good quality scan of the early 70s logo/title off the business card of Liat's Traffic Manager in 1972, who these days just happens to be our CDG Station Manager, small world ...
