Anybody figure out the functions yet, or translated the Russian tags?

(I already know its primary function is to tell time)

The functions of the two knobs are not as on the real clock...The one on the right changes it from windowed to full screen mode and back again. The one on the left just closes it. On the real clock the knobs set the time, wind the clock, and start, stop and reset the top dial (Time of Trip).
