Post by FlyTexas »

Built for FS2004 but also includes a FSX compatible model. Thank you Aeroplane Heaven! :welldone:

Have to say that I tried this on my FSX SP2 (on Vista fwiw) and had problems with it.

Can't remember what they were, but as I deleted it, they must have been pretty unfixable.

I will certainly download it Brian, it'll make a nice new paintwork project this summer. Good old Aeroplane Heaven!

This is well worth the download, a repaint of dear old G-AIDN will be nice in yellow too, if someone fancies it. This model is an improvement on the older AH (Just Flight) Spitfire package too. For FS9 users, it is a real treat. FSX users can just 'slum it' with the Real Air Spit anyway

So, is this an update for fs2004 of the one in the AH/JF Spitfire package then?

I'd assumed at first glance that it was the same one again - much like the brief freebie of the Prototype that AH did - and the AH/JF version includes the yellow two-seater. There is at least one repaint of the original in a "Mitchell Tribute" registration IIRC.

I'll download this and compare the two.

Yes Brian,

I liked it very much and made a lttle video of it doing a "Retraction Roll" through my "Ring of Fire"...It flies very nicely and I will probably include it in my "Air Day" with one of the RealAir Spits :flying:
