Don't worry, Tony - that's the basic frequency of your RAM as set by the manufacturer in the controller chip on your modules. It is what the system refers to, to find out how to run your memory.
So - take your basic memory speed - 333MHz.
It's DDR - double data rate - so multiply that base frequency by 2 - 333 x 2 = 666MHz.
It's also DDR2 - so multiply
that frequency by two - and VOILA! you get the speed your memory can run at - 666 x 2 = 1332MHz (or actually 1333MHz - which is the speed of the P35 chipsets in modern Core 2 Duo boards).
