I expect you've found it now, Chris, but if not the file name is rfp_v2.zip on avsim. The download includes the aircraft but as you've seen, some of us prefer the Project Opensky aircraft. The Ready for Pushback panel is excellent and has recently become freeware after being a payware product for a number of years.

Yep, found it, it's sat on my desktop awaiting time to install it!

Just need to hope it works in FSX! ;)

If not it's back to 747-200 with FSX default 747-400 panel :-(

I'd guess if it worked in FSX it'd still be payware!

Good luck anyway.
