Excellent news! :welldone: I'm sure it wont rain much (for anyone going). But so what if it does a bit... just to see a Vulcan flying a display after all this time will be worth getting a bit wet for! :)

Waddo is just a bit too far away for me, so anyone who IS going - Make sure you get some good shots, and post 'em on here!

Various military Austers left Eggesford yesterday morning for Waddington. As I have to go to work on Monday, and the weather looks a little iffy, I'm staying at home! :)

I desperately wanted to go this year after the disaster last year.

There's no way on earth I could get leave though unfortunately as two of my collegues are off on their holidays this week too. I've got a stag night to go to during Fairford weekend so it doesn't look like i'll get chance to see 558 at all this year.

I'm looking forward to all of the videos and photos showing me what i've missed.

Absolutely fantastic stuff - BRILLIANT! :flying:

The Lancaster's pilot must have been shoving the throttles forward with his foot to keep in front of the Vulcan.... ;-)

Absolutely classic stuff - here's hoping they do something similar at Leuchars :flying:
