2 Hour program tonight on Channel 4 at 19.10.....Aviation historian looking for Baders Spitfire in France......!

And to find what brought him down....?

Seen it on two occassions now, well worth watching. Once viewed a programme on Bader, found it to be very interesting especially on the subject of his peace-time RAF service, it appears that he could not settle down to a quiet life running an RAFstation and needed a challenge.

I often wonder whether he just felt bitter about having been downed and was not able to continue to fight the war in the air. :think:

It is programmes like this that make it worthwhile paying my TV tax(sorry licence).Otherwise TV is SH!TE.!!!!!!. :brick: EricT
