Indeed Skip. I think you have the 984 down to a tee though I'm far from au fait with it's operation. It must have been directional to a large degree which is fine if targets arrive from where you expect them to arrive from but not ideal if the enemy has a cunning plan :roll: On reflection.. it's probably prudent not to have had a 3D radar (at least of the same type) since Eagle was decommissioned
