Thanks for posting, Gary! Ah, an age gone by I am afraid. Gonna sound like a onld geezer and say "back in the good old days you could actually call an airline and speak with a human and it didn't take 40 minutes on hold listening to muzak"

Had to chuckle at the mobile lounges at Dulles (KIAD) - they are still there today, although they will be phased out in the near future. Not a good idea then and not a good idea now.
