It reffers to a Trident that has been converted to AI from an earlier model

The texture map names look very familiar :o

The package at Avsim is just a paint but the AI pack is said to contain conversions from originals aof several authors

I've been downloading and installing a lot of retro AI for Kai Tak over the past couple of weeks and some of the best repaints are by Michael Pearson, who is quite a prolific repainter.

I know the post is about the model and not the repaint, so I thought I'd just add a reminder that the best AI models of Classic British jetliners are David Maltby's own. DM includes a batch file in all of his model folders that converts the model to a lower quality for AI use (don't know the technical term  ) and you can use the standard repaint textures.

So why would anybody need to download anybody else's Trident and repaint when they can have The Best for nothing? ;-)

Both the Trident and the VC10 in this shot are AI models.
