Was there myself. That stunning final picture of yours, is the one I kept trying to get - but sadly only succeeded in capturing bits of other people's heads! :-(

Did managed to corner a couple of the Pilots - Dennis Brooks & Andy Williams, who were extremely friendly and very helpful and kindly took the time to answer some of my questions I had regarding the gun-sights/HUD of the Lightning (to help me try and complete my T.5 model), the latter of whom even took my email address and amazingily offered to email me with some more details! What a great bunch - I can't thank them enough!

I know it's been said a thousand time before (and will contimue to be said again) - but such a shame that here in the country of their birth, build and the country they served so well in difficult times - is the very country that is so adamant that they won't ever fly again... (rant over!)

Another great day with LPG.

Mike

Some nice photo's there. Thanks.

One day I will own one of those, probably not one of the aircraft though sadly. I'd love a TVR!

I must say, I was rather fond of this one, but never did find out exactly what it was:

Hi Tweek,

That looks like the TVR Sagaris. Try googling images "TVR Sagaris".

Regards
