There's a so called fictional jet over at 'all-node' t5jt23ab.zip and it looks very much like Rick's Provost... maybe it's only textures?
Kind regards
John

Checking what can be opened in the file list a Rick's paintshop logo comes up.
Sayas textures only but the model seems to be in the package

Yes - I saw it too and wondered until I looked at it. All there except the original textures and they could listed the .cfg file!
Perhaps Marcelo should be rated as 'quarantined' whenRick wakes up?

Is there a contact email for this muppet? I'll send him a message explaining the rights and wrongs of his actions...but don't expect much in the way of an apology. Copyright means nothing here in Brazil :brick:

i am totally sick of the continuose presession of my freeware being uploaded like this.
it's always "language barrier" excuses even though each of these muppets speaks perfect english.
nobody bothered to e mail me to ask permission even though i have had the same e mail address for 6 years +
Can someone plese request it's removal from Flightsim.com
if not let me know and i will do it.

The sad truth is that many countries have not subscribed to, or understand, the concept of international copyright.
I have little understanding of the international legalities of this but in many parts of the world no-one gives a damn.
I lived in Central America for a few years and once heard a boom-box blasting out the Beatles 'Strawberry Fields' , in Spanish, to a Ska beat..and the lyrics had been changed....I doubt anyone got any royalties for that.
In many parts of the world if it's there, they'll take it and use it.
