Bit unsure about that Garry, obviously the Tower must have requested a fly-by as one was heard saying 'One more'? On the other hand, I think the Aviation Authority of that country would not be impressed especially as it has been made available for the public to view and that it may very well have contravened flight safety rules.

I may be wrong, but I believe that the event happened either during or before an airshow when the airspace was "waivered" to allow for aerobatic acts. The person asking "do you want another" and being responded to was most likely the "Air Boss" who has control of the airspace during the airshow and airshow practice periods. Under waiver rules, basically anything goes with a few restrictions on altitude (both minimum and maximum) and closeness to the crowd. Beyond that, the pilots are not restricted in airspeed or operations. As the control tower on this field appears to be across the runway from the ramp (and crowd line), what you saw would not be illegal in any way as the pilot in the video has a 0/0 (zero altitude, zero limitation) ICAS/ACE (International Council of Air Shows / Aerobatic Competency Evaluation) rating, something which all of the Red Bull & Red Bull racing pilots are required to have to participate in their events.

May not be especially smart to do, but not necessarily illegal or actionable.

BTW, it appears the video was taken in the US based on the accents.
