Having had the pleasure of meeting Mr 591 in the flesh.. I can confirm that he is either the Peter Pan of BOAC or.. he lies about his age

On a more serious note.. he's also one of the most genuine blokes I've ever met. The downside to this is.. were he to live closer to Brooklands, we'd never get anything done so I'm happy to admire him from afar  ;-) Back to serious again.. It's a darned shame you don't live closer Ian though I think the ineptitude/bureaucracy would stifle you a little

Ah! Ineptitude and bureaucracy! It's what I do best! I'll be back to Brooklands soon with one of my ex BOAC mates who has loads of stories because he has a better memory than me. You won't get anything done that day, for sure

Ian :)

Just watched it and although very good, it was a bit disappointing on the last vid and where did the VC10 go? Thought they may have shown it a bit more than the 707!! :-(

Regards
Nigel.

I bet there were a lot of others who thought that.

Lets just say you were sure that was the reason but was asking so it would be independantly confirmed :)
