At last some good news!!!!

Post by Trev Clark »

As someone who has his life savings (providing income :o ) tied into the UK banking system (and a lump with HBOS :'( ), I am pretty much exhausted with all this bloody bad news! Here is something that I think is good news...

Just a shame it had to go this far, ungrateful bugger, the UK government.

That is great news Trev.....Its nice to know we all had a small part in it - by signing the petition :)
Its a shame however that we HAD to in the first place -- this was a no brainer

Great news indeed, and it should never have had to be fought over in the first place. :welldone: :welldone: :welldone:

I am very pleased to hear this - saw it on the BBC World News tonight. Those brave men certainly deserve it. I did not realize Joanna Lumley was involved - good for her!

This is excellent news, the Government have for far too long ignored these valiant and loyal soldiers who served and fought for our country. To think that after their service they are then cast aside like some useless piece of furniture that has outlived its' usefulness was disgusting.

Now I hope the Government will hang its' head in shame!!

Nigel.

Some hopes Nigel, this bloody lot can't even spell the word - never mind grasp the meaning.
