here's a little number i did a while ago for this aircraft. might be of some use to the va or anyone else that wish's to fly a none american version.

waiting to see if someone will do the KeyAir and Gulf Air Transport colours for the 100 :)

(GAT flew 200s as well - but they were in Air Malta colours with GAT Logos)

Another old employer :)
That was the second colour scheme for the 727s - basically a TWA paint with the colours changed :)

I must admit the earlier colours were horrid, could not track down any photographs of the other one you mentioned..

N29KA would be the one to paint

Im not sure why it appears white on white in the bone yard the upper surfaces were actually a dove grey colour

OK ANYONE (besides Mr Trott ;) ) Know the signifigance of 29KA? I show i flew over 150 hours on the jumpseat of that aircraft?

That was the DB Cooper aeroplane

Don't be surpeised the grey comes out white look how dark grey BA landor was and how white it comes out in pics

funny how they come around to haunt me --- Tony there are a scad of photos of Keys 727s at Airliners.net

(I didnt post any of them -- Including the rare 409AR in its experimental colours -- It was a "sled" 200 inherited from

World (As was the DC10-30)
