The problem with that video is that it relies on all the links in the chain to fail; so ATC have to miss the fact that there is another Tornado lined up waiting for clearance to depart, the runway caravan have to miss it, the pilot has to miss it, just about everyone involved really has to mess it up, and to top it off there also has to conveniently be a professional film crew on site that just happen to capture it all. More than likely is it's a training video, surely?

The one on the ground is on high power

Perhaps the landing was cleared expecting the one on the end to move out the way but he didn't??????

It doesn't look a professional film by the quality and the technique.

It may not be at an RAF base but at an airfield with an airshow which would limit it to the ATC and the pilots

I think it looks fairly professional if you consider how old it is, and has the look of a lot of "late 80's/early 90's" style filming The GR1 that overshoots is TTTE, and the F3 is a 29 Squadron one, so that should help date it somewhat.

Certainly looks like a flight safety video to me, I was expecting a 2nd tier tv announcer to come in at about the point it cuts out.

There is always going to be a bit of a delay due to momentum

Having had another look, I reckon both are working - the camera angle is narrow but there are two spumes of smoke.
