FS2002/FS2004 DeHavilland DH.108 Swallow. This was a British experimental aircraft designed by John Carver Meadows Frost in October 1945. The DH 108 featured a tailless, swept wing with a single vertical stabilizer, closely resembling the layout of the wartime German Messerschmitt Me 163 Komet rocket-powered point-defense interceptor. Initially designed to evaluate swept wing handling characteristics at low and high subsonic speeds for the proposed early tailless design of the Comet airliner, three examples of the DH108 were built to the Air Ministry specifications E.1/45 and E.11/45. With the adoption of a conventional tail for the Comet, the aircraft were used instead to investigate swept wing handling up to supersonic speeds. All three prototypes were lost in fatal crashes. Two kinds of models (clean / with virtual weapon set) are included. By Kazunori Ito.

I wish I knew who it was - da boys would be round. The following is part of the read me: -

For sentences in the upper row is,
It's an answer when I cut it off to the demand of person who doesn't like my VC.
He wrote "I wants source file of your MDL file, send me it"
And, I wrote "I want to you....please make your model by yourself"

Absolutely no reason whatsoever for Ito to be subjected to such as that.

Yes.....there is a growing trend of jumped up little ********** who demand what they want when they want and how they want as if they have some right....and then complaing in a disgusting manner. :@

Like those that say very rude things about developers who 'fail to fix' their FS.9 for FS.X

I wish there was a way of banning these people from freeware, shame there is not.

Whether or not a model is of a subject or standard to the liking of any individual does not come into it.

They should be thankfull, but I suppose they are the kind who throw a paddy on Christmas morning because their presents were not good or expensive enough. :@

I have just sent an email of support....just as I do with everything that he does. It just saddens me that people can criticise when they seem unable to do anything themselves. Now I confess to not knowing anything about building a flight sim model or a repaint and just am always grateful for everyone that gives up their time and patience to make our hobby that more enjoyable. I really do appreciate all that we are given and I sincerely hope that the vast majority of us, think the same.

Kazunori is such a productive gentleman, it would be such a shame to see him curtail his building. It almost happened a year ago and I know that he hasnt been well either, so lets hope that things continue as per normal. He did email ten days ago, telling me of his desire to build the Swallow and although I started to collect material (umm there wasnt much about), this was curtailed by the fact that I have to care for my Father almost 24/7 now (and only manage the odd sim hour here and there, throughout the week (I kind of relaxing escapism!)) and didnt send my findings off to Japan - so was very surprised to read about it in my lunchtime at work today. Hopefully I will be in a position to assist again with the next project.
