he,..he's kinda both really. Part Vulcan part Concorde, which would explain the delayed responce.
he's flying so fast by the time sees something comming at him .... it's already behind him ..

I would expect something a little bit of both to be very fast and very deadly. (not to mention something very very british...... killing with class..youknow)
