Help!

Post by TSR2 »

I've just been a tit! After 4 hours of flying I have hit exit instead of end. Is there anything I can do? I still have the out file.

:doho: I don't think so Ben. I suppose you could try opening the client again but I fear all the relevant data has gone as it won't have a 'start' position to compare where you are now :-(

Perhaps John might know different? :dunno:

Hi Ben,

I think you'll have to re-fly as there will be no complete record of the flight.

Regards

Hi John, yep you might be right. The last entry in the OUT file shows parking brakes applied and then flight terminated due to user clicking exit.... DOH!

Afternoon All,

Yes leif, as much as it hurts at the time, you just have to grit your teeth and fly it again.

Last time I was out in a VC10 I had to refly twice due to hitting exit by mistake, and I take it I am not the only one getting flashbacks to the old client and applying the brakes then exiting the sim before realising what I had (not) done. :doho:
Cheers

Something to be said for a window saying:

ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO EXIT FS AIRLINES?

Aaaaaaaaaaaagh........... guess what I just went and did. :-(

What was wrong with the good old days, park up, handbrake on, flight automatically reported and job done.

Oh well back to the sky.
Cheers
