Exactly, even if you only get 3 point whatever out of it it's still cheaper and easier than messing around trying to make up the exact correct amount of RAM with miss-matched pairs.

New doors, drawer fronts and fittings Nigel, solid wood work-tops with a few coats of waxoyl finish....buffs up a treat ;-)

..and save yourself a fortune ;-)

On the other hand, if you've got 25 grand to spare I used to work as a traditional cabinet maker and in the design office here:

I might be able to get you discount...............nah  :fart:

:o Blimey Derek, going to have to hide that from the wife :worried:

Lovely kitchens, I was thinking along the lines of Dave when you posted that, got plenty of room on the driveway for your camper van and if it really gets cold, we can give you accomodation indoors!! Still I suppose with the reduction in VAT I could save something!!

Many thanks for your help and advice, after reading through your comments it appears that a new motherboard may now be some way off!!

Regards
Nigel.

Thanks for that Nigel but the van is off the road ATM so I rely on push-bike and public transport...and anyway I hate working on kitchens

With my woodworking skills I'd rather build a Mossie ;-)
