Officially Fijian AIPs are only available by subscription.
Civil Aviation Authority of the Fiji Islands (CAAFI)
The charts are supposedly available in a zip at - VATPAC - NFFN (Nadi Intl) Fly-In
You'll need to find someone who's a member to download.

I had to abandon my searches yesterday when a thunderstorm got too close.
What I found pretty much confirms what simondix and Paul said; Fiji used to be part of the NZ AIP but has just recently changed to a Fiji AIP produced by that government.
I am not a member of VATSIM, but I did find a link in their forum. It was dated Sept 2007, and when I tried it, I got a '509 - Bandwidth Exceeded message' i.e. the owner of the website was over his or her allowance. So it might be worth trying the URL again, at the start of January.
