Now.. why does that not surprise me

Nice looking kit but I CBA to make it I'm afraid. Should be a nice size too at 1:48

Good Lord! I wasn't expecting that. I bought the Airfix limited edition 1/72 TSR2 that came out a couple of years ago. If I'd known about a 1/48, I'd have waited. ho hum. Never mind eh.

Oh crumbs!! I think I'll be getting one of those.

Also in 2009, a 1:48 Sea Vixen!!! :o See mid page:

Looks like I'll be dusting off my (limited) model making skills this year.

I didn't realize Airfix was still around. Or maybe it was Matchbox, or MPC, or Heller, or ...

Jeez, It's been a long time since I've been in a good hobby shop. Fewer and further between than when I was much younger and hadn't discovered Flightsim.

Well I've got mine. Picked one up from Newark Air Museum. The staff there said they were selling like the proverbial hot cakes. They were already down to the last four and didn't expect the remainder to be there by the end of the day. :o

Best get building!! :)
