Recreation of the Hudson River ditching

Very well done, and set to the voice recordings of the crew and tower. You just can't help but admire them as you listen to the drama rapidly unfold.

Thats quite something.

I'm amazed at how calm the pilot & the radar operator seem - as though it happened everyday. Its been said before, but its a miracle, not only that the plane landed without breaking up, but then everybody got out alive.

Thanks for the link

Hi Folks

If you have FSX Acceleration,
you can test your flying skills
in recovering from this event.

See - flightsimulatorxmissions.com - Download Section - 2 Missions

1) Miracle On The Hudson - Uses cockpit recordings
2) USAir Flight 1549 - Bird Strike -

Don't know if they've finally sorted out the contact points for floating.

I've never felt so frustrated....... died so frequently/spectacularly/or needlessly....... yet had so much fun, in a long time.
