Up at £908,809 now. 22 hrs 39 mins to go. About £500 added in 5 minutes. If it keeps going at that rate we may see it again. :)

Out of curiosity what does this guarantee or rather what's the next hurdle? I'm guessing the business model requires a set income from displays over the season which they probably didn't achieve last year so how far through the season will this let them get before display income takes over?

From what I can gather, they are going to start collecting pledges/donations for next year from now. I am sure this only 'guarantees' this year. Assuming of course all the pledges are honoured!

I'm pleased that - for now - the aircraft remains airborne.
