Ian for a day....

Post by forthbridge »

Well, for a quick 06.30 takeoff from the 9 dragons VHHX that is.

Choppy weather!

At least with the wind, the exhaust won't add detract much from today's visibility!

I bet it did too mate. All wheels in the air.. an angle of attack Jock Brice would have been proud of.. lift dumpers out.. the place must have been awash with pink gins  Bless ya Jim. I'd have gone for Salt Lake flats instead mate ;-)

Well, I killed the Autothrottle, but as I forgot to close the stick throttle, it took me a few hundred yards to realise speed wasn't dropping, so, spool the engines back, and pop the spoilers out!!!

Pax were already well buckled in, due to the turbulence, and the catering supply of Pink Gin had seemingly been bought in bulk by Speedbird591 Ltd, c/o HK area

But, in clear weather, I'm not so bad

Besides, Ian's fleet probably knows the way into VHHX on their own.... they possibly are actually only able to execute a right hander off 88 degrees to land anywhere...... ;-)
